Qure Survey

Inroduction

Customer or employee satisfaction surveys, sociological surveys, etc are a recurring common need in modern information society. To speed up and automatise the process, web based solutions with multi-language user friendly user interfaces, automatic e-mail notifications, customer session management, and interactive questionnaires is a must. Further for the manager of the study, the real-time overview of the process and ease of access to submitted data for statistical analysis is a must.

Qure Survey offers software support for various web-based surveys. Each study is based on a questionnaire. Administrator of the study can add and edit departments and e-mails of possible respondents and monitor the progress of the study even on the level of individual users. Automatic reminders can be sent out to selected users, e.g. to those who have not completed surveys in time.

Questionnaire

· The Questionnaire is composed by the company who wishes to carry out the study.

· The survey is carried out in an online environment over the web.

· Questionnaires may be composed and filled in several languages.

Carrying out the survey

· The administrator logs in using username and password.

· First, administrator sets up departments for grouping respondents.

· The department is required because this is a link to enter respondent e-mails.

· Administrator inserts the e-mail list of respondents.

· Administrator can send automated messages to those e-mails asking to join the survey and providing an individualized URL.

· E-mail consists of introductory text and link to complete the questionnaire.

· Administrators can monitor the progress ot each possible respondent.

· If necessary, the reminders with reminder text and web link can be sent to the respondent to continue answering the survey.

· When all respondents are completed, the administrator sees it.

· Front page of the web questionnaire the respondent can see welcome text and button to complete the questionnaire.

· One page can have one or more questions.

· Also used different types of questions:

- Open questions

- Given the possible answers questions

- Radio buttons, etc...

· Respondent also sees itself how many questions are already answered.

· Filling out a questionnaire to the end, the respondent will see for example, the sentence “Thank you for your answer!”

Analysis of the results of the study

· Respondent answers are possible to get in Excel tabular form using Qure DataView graphical user interface.

· We also compose reports, where the results can be seen in various tables.
